There are two games included in PC's with Microsoft Windows that could become teases.
The idea wouls be to play the games in one part of your monitor with a porn film running alongside.

Spider. It is a solitaire card game. Add the following tease rules:
1. you may only play at the expert/difficult level
2. you may come if you win
3. you must edge each time you manage to complete a suit
4. if you get stuck, and have edged at least once, you have failed, and you must ruin your orgasm
5. if you haven't yet edged, you may start over anytime you like, whether you're stuck or not.

Minesweeper. (It's changed name on most modern PC's).
1. you may only play at the expert/difficult level (100 mines)
2. you may come if you win
3. you must edge at every tenth mine you identify
4. if you fail, and have edged at least once, then you must ruin your orgasm
5. if you haven't yet edged, you may start over anytime you like

How about Solitare?

Stroke the number on each card you see
15 for jacks, 20 for queen, 25 for king, 30 for ace
When you show a card, weather you can use it or not you stroke.

You must edge each time you get a 'book' Ace through King of one suit

You can only cum if you win

OR you can play the challenging version

Stroke number of time
BUT clubs are face value (number of card is number of strokes)
Heats are 2 times value (So a 5 of hearts would be 10 strokes)
Diamonds are 3 times and Spades are 5 times !
You must edge for ALL face cards
2 edges for a heart face, 3 for diamond, and 5 for spade
NO cumming unless you win.
(yaah that's a lot of edging- especailly if you do it for every card you see, not just the ones in play)

Okay Here is a second game I invented when I was late teen
and Didn't have access to porn (or a computer)

Buy any women's magazine from a store, do NOT LOOK AT IT! Do not open it until you are home!
Stroke 50 times for the cover page.
Now open the magazine
for eachand every picture of a women stroke 10 times (if there are 10 pictures on a page, that's 100 strokes)
For any pictures of Breasts, lingerie, or mostly nude stroke 50 times
You can edge but You may not cum.
Try to make it through the entire magazine without stopping stroking.

I did over 2000 strokes and still had many pages to go when I had to stop.
This is actually a difficult tease because some of the women are Not attractive and doing 10 or 50 strokes for them is intresting.

Watch any normal TV progams

heres a game I play a bit similar to sexualchocs suggestions.

pick a gameshow such as 'Weakest Link', any gameshow with many contestants and the camera switches between each contestant (also works with deal or no deal).
the shows usually like to put a nice looking lady or two in there so the idea is to only jerk off when the hot girl is onscreen. you have to try to cum before the show finishes

The classic "slideshow" game works, too.

Load up a slideshow viewer with your favorite pictures in it. Set it for random showing, with X seconds per photo. Then figure out what you'll do -- ie "bound girl, stroke fast....two girls, no strokes" etc. And of course, what pic(s) you will cum on. The various conditions for this game are endless, and is something that can be done at home, on the road, wherever....especially if you have your girl 'set up' the images -- if she's particularly evil, maybe she'll not include a 'cum' photo and you'll be teasing yourself endlessly until you have to stop.
