Yeah I think of it quite often too. Wondering if a woman who I see at work everyday is interested in the same thing or maybe a dom or even a sub. I was wondering that myself a couple of days back... it´s funny, whenever I get into my submissive mood and go about my day I begin to wonder whom of the people I walk past could actually be doms/subs.

A couple who are old friends of mine, I'm fairly certain he's submissive to her. I can just tell, and recognise it in their interactions.

What do you see in their interactions that you believe are the signs?

Well... the same things I see in myself. For one, she's very bossy and he's not. He's easily led, but only by strong women. He has a habit of testing himself against people when he gets to know them, and asserts himself as either above or beneath them... it's quite irritating actually. As for her, well she's extremely stubborn and really enjoys getting her way. ;)

It's more the way they interact together. Like my boss and her girl, their bedroom personas spread into their ordinary relationship. Sometimes they don't do much to cover it up (and why should they).

But I certainly do wonder about people. And I think some aspects of my behaviour have given clues about me. probably some of my close friends have figured me out. I give a lot of the same signals as the man in the couple I mentioned earlier.

What aspects of your behavior do you believe you show that are clues?

Well... I don't think this applies to all or maybe even most submissive people, but I'm just the same in real life. Not spineless - I stand up for something when I feel it's needed - but very quiet, polite. I hate to lead, and like listening, comforting, that sort of thing. And always looking to 'serve' or help out.
In my last relationship (not D/S) I found myself walking a touch behind her, for example. And when dating someone, I have a habit of getting besotted and worshipping the other person. This can be a real fault, actually.
