Toxic Treat: Race to exposure
Re: Toxic Treat: Race to exposure
Do we even know for sure that Sophia has victimized someone? Have her victims come here to relate what happened.
The internet gives us such freedom that we could be whoever we choose while online. This could all be just one side of her. Sophia could be completely made up just to accrue data for a book to be published on internet Dom/sub community. It could also all be true.
The views she expresses here, for me, are just fantasy, nothing more than the stories or web teases on this site. From what I've read about her in her real life she sounds cruel and self absorbed but I will never meet this woman. I have to fill in the blanks of what the rest of her personality is really like because I will never get to know her. For now she is as fictitious as one of the girls from my favorite tease and therefore I could not be hurt by her.
Does she encourage some crazy behavior? Yes, but the disclaimer is up on Milovana that basically says don't be stupid and hurt yourself with what you get off this site.
The female Doms that participate on this site are a great mixture of personality. LadyX and the way she opened up on a recent thread is a much different personality than Sophia. If you don't like someone's threads don't read them and you'll avoid getting frustrated. I hope this community does not drive off the diverse group of female Doms that we have by censoring one of the most prolific of them.

She does what she says she does, she is what she says she is. Milovana's also not her only stomping ground. I will assure you of this, though I won't explain.cal wrote:Do we even know for sure that Sophia has victimized someone? Have her victims come here to relate what happened.

P.S. there's a reason certain legal forms are not allowed to be signed while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, intimidation, etc. and it's because consent is not consent unless given from a place of sound mind. Anyone who has spent any time involved in tease and denial or kink in general knows that what it is we do can lead to distinctly altered judgement, and sometimes not entirely willingly.
I'm not alone in thinking that can constitute coerced consent.

Re: Toxic Treat: Race to exposure
Phone numbers can lead to other info, which can make a manipulative blackmail artist's job a hell of a lot easier. Phone calls can be recorded, a very helpful feature for blackmail. A guy in a very aroused state who's never had the chance to talk to a domme before, let alone one as slick as Sophia... well, he could be coaxed to say some dumb things he'd quickly regret. Yes, anything the guy said he said of his own free will, but that doesn't miraculously exclude Sophia from responsibility for what she does to him.1azzu1 wrote:heh... my phone numbers has been puplicly available for the last 7 years... so far nothing has happend...
Blackmail takes two people, you know... and if anyone there is exempt from responsibility, it's not the one pulling the strings.
PS. Did nobody notice the thread title? She obviously doesn't just want to call and say hi.

Ask and you shall receive.Indigo wrote:I don't know when (or if) Seraph0x will weigh in on this particular issue.
First off, my position is very clear: This is an adult website and last time I checked adults were free to exchange phone numbers.
Of course I understand what you mean. If somebody was asking for credit card information under some fishy pretext we'd have to get active and you could draw parallels to that. However, this thread is perfectly on topic here, any guy responding to a post like this knows exactly what he's getting into. So now we're in a two consenting adults type situation and I wouldn't dream of denying somebody his right to get screwed with.
That said, I'm not sure Sophia is as evil as she claims.

For me I would only get involved in a Dom/sub relationship with someone who cared about me and I cared about in return. Milovana is all about fantasies. I was involved with a woman like Sophia. I was naive and the experience was terrible most of the time and mind-blowingly awesome once in a while. Sophia remids me of the be good times that I choose to remmeber.
Everyone has been warned about her but some of us may still want to hear what she has to say. Like I've said her posts help illuminate my fantasies but that is it, and that is what Milovana is here for isn't it?

She didn't, I just find what she's doing to be repulsive. If Sera sees no issue with it though, I'll pull back from the thread. This trap's already been sprung, anyways.cal wrote: Look, I'm sorry if this woman hurt you.

Re: Toxic Treat: Race to exposure
Kind of a funny example, but in my mind...yes, that's perfectly OK. I'm not so sure the law would agree with me, but then, I didn't write them either.Indigo wrote:So ... if I post a note on my front door, saying I'm going to smack everybody that walks thru the door in the knee, that's okay?
For me, warning signs are just that, warnings. If you choose to jump a fence that clearly states "Beware of Dog" and subsequently get mauled by said dog, then you're an idiot and you deserved it in my book.
This situation is perhaps slightly more complex than that, but it basically boils down to the same idea.
Maybe I'm a little fanatical about it, but I'm a HUGE believer in personal responsibility. You make a choice and you live with the conseqences. As long as those consequences aren't being deliberately misrespresented, then the responsibility is on me (or you, or whomever made the choice).
Also, like many others, I'm very opposed to censorship, so I'd hate to see such a thing happen even to people I don't like or agree with.

So Far this I think post has followed speculation.
Has any body got any information that is
fact about Sophia????
guesses and assumptions are in my mind the bane of society.

Re: Toxic Treat: Race to exposure
Yes she already received a phone number, I've sended TheGraduate's number
Still curious how many numbers she received (if any) and how it ended. I go with Seraph0x, we're all grown up, allowed to do brave and stupid things. One thing is certain, Shophia certainly caused a big stirr with a relative small post.

I agree with you azzu. Same here. But we all have our opinions. So many paranoid types here!1azzu1 wrote:heh... my phone numbers has been puplicly available for the last 7 years... so far nothing has happend...
To those paranoids: Seems to me that there are these things out called 'phone books' where phone numbers are publicly displayed for all to see...
If you are married, it might become a bigger ordeal if your wife asks who keeps calling and who Sophia is! But if you are married, you should be honest with your wife first and she should already know you are on this site. Right?
An awfully lagre stir for such a small post, and available to ONE person who sent a phone number.
We're all different and we all like different types of play. This might not be for everyone. We all have our comfort zones and areas we want to explore.

Re: Toxic Treat: Race to exposure
Now that's an extremely good point about the phone book! And there isn't much ammunition for blackmail here - just an interest in Milovana and Ms Stafford's website. I do think some of the reactions here are very extreme.
But gosh, what a furore over this. Sophia seems to provoke controversy here quite regularly, though I dunno if that's the intention.

...and because your user name on this site clearly indicates your full name in the real world and clearly lists your home address next to it, it's perfectly fine to pass around your phone number on the internet to folks you don't know.dubble wrote: To those paranoids: Seems to me that there are these things out called 'phone books' where phone numbers are publicly displayed for all to see...![]()
