You can select the text (after copy-pasting it) and then press the "Quote" button below the text field in Your reply. Although that only gives You a generic quote without name on it. But You can also write the "tags" Yourself to quote someone like so:

[ quote="Lady X"] X [ /quote]

(Leave out the 2 space characters right after the [ characters - I only put them in so it wouldn't be interpreted as a real quote because then You couldn't see the tags themselves)

Where You can replace the name between the " characters with the person You are quoting and write the text You are quoting instead of the X between the tags.

Why I would imagine You could even fake quotes using that method. Not that I'd ever do something like that of course.
