I've read plenty of the webteases here (but never written one) so I'll be glad to give my two pence about what makes a good one.

1. WHAT AM I WEARING
I've seen your website - you could be wearing anything at all and it would be great! Personally I prefer the teass in ordinary 'plain clothes' rather than costume or fetish gear. I would choose something elegant and subtly sexy. The nurse's uniform would be good too, I'm sure! I tend not to like the ones with a story and a character as much - I prefer the author to tease the reader directly - makes it more personal and demands that I continue.

Like Green said, it is good when it doesn't start as a tease. Some simple seduction leading into it - maybe a bet, a promise, something to make the reader feel tricked - I love that kind of thing, anyway! I have however read some excellent teases that just start out with 'Welcome to the tease, get to work'.
Of course it's good to start slowly, and with pleasure, building the reader's interest and loyalty bit by bit, but throw something he won't like in early on to demonstrate who's in charge and the make him worry! It's good to get an edge in early, so that from then on the reader/victim is very very turned on!

5. WHERE DOES THE TEASE END UP
Well it could end anywhere! It depends what sort of things you make the reader do! If it's orgasm denial (and God I hope it is! ) it should end with the tense build-up to the decision, and pushing that edging to its limits! If it's pain I reckon it should end with a lot of it! Or if humiliation is involved, it should end with something really, particularly bad. At the end the reader will be much more likely to comply, of course!

Funny that the nurse idea has been thrown around, because that idea occurred to me too. I was imagining a sort of 'Sperm Bank' scenario, whereby you'd be trying to improve a client's potential sample by teasing him relentlessly.
