Ring Apple and beg them to put flash and the iPhone. 
Other than that there is no way to do it at the moment as the iPhone doesn't support the chat client. Sorry.

The new chat can be accessed mobile through any browser.
And, Yes flash development has stopped for Android as well.
Not on Jelly bean I believe.

I use Trillian in Windows and Android,
Unfortunately it does not work with Jabber in Android.

Seems good I will play later in the week and report back.
I loved trillian because all my chat logs are cloud based and available even through their website.
