Hello all,

I don't know if I should be posting this elsewhere (if so, I apologise) but I'm having a bit of a clear-out before moving to a new house, and I can't sell this particular DVD on eBay! I think £9.99 would be a fair price.

It's a Region 2 DVD, so it probably won't be of any use to you if you're based in the US, but will play on any standard European / Australian DVD player. I should mention that I am selling an original DVD (i.e. NOT a copy), without the sleeve. I'll post it in a decent DVD case however, so that it's safe from damage in the post...

The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are nicely done. The audio is clear and nicely balanced, and I don't think I noticed a single problem. The video is also nicely done. It's presented in the widescreen format, but sadly it was given a non-anamorphic transfer rather than the anamorphic transfer it deserves. The video has a slightly washed look from a fair amount of natural light. Although this can sometimes interfere with the action, here it seems quite right for the look of the movie. There's also a little camera motion that occasionally interferes, but it rarely interferes too much.

Music: There's music during the opening credits that seem perfect for the movie, but that's it.

False Advertising: The cover lists a photo gallery in the extras, but I couldn't find one anywhere on the DVD. I'm deducting a half point because of this.

Menus: The main menu is pretty good, and works in some animation for a unique first impression. The chapter menu, however, is very generic and just lets you choose a scene based on a number.

The Feature

When Gino comes to Oracle Nicki, he doesn't expect to have to make a sacrifice. She lets him know that women avoid him because he cums too quickly and doesn't satisfy their needs. She also tells him that he will satisfy her and Jessi's needs...


Prophecy of Denial is a very nicely done cocktease movie. It uses a simple yet effective setup and a cast that appears to be very into the subject. Nicki has shown fantastic femdom skills in the past, and she kicks them all the way in here as she lays down the law with Gino. Jessi matches her skills very nicely, and the two play off each other pretty well in the middle of the movie. The style of the movie is also very nicely done, with the outfits being just as simple and effective as the opening setup. All the outfits are is simple corsets, a toga-like wrap, and sandals, but that's all that's needed and works well with the oracle theme and fairly Spartan furnishings in the room. As for complaints, the biggest I think I can come up with is that some of the camera work was a little jerky. That said, fetish releases like this rarely even have average camera work and technical aspects so Prophecy of Denial even with its faults looks darn good. Prophecy of Denial is another great cocktease release from Venus Girls that's well worth checking out if you're into cockteasing or even just curious about it.

The Extra Stuff

The behind the scenes footage lasts just over two minutes. You get to see Nicki Hunter working on some of her singing, and she's surprisingly good. Her voice cracks a couple times, but it works great as an extra.

The Down -n- Dirty Sex Stuff

The Bottom Line:

Currently, many Venus Girls DVDs can be found online for between about $16 and $35 with a few stores offering them for under $20. If you're a fan of cocktease releases, this one should definitely be worth your time and money. The cocktease is handled well, with Nicki and Jessi playing off each other very well. The technical aspects are nicely done, with their biggest fault being a non-anamorphic transfer. There's even a little effort put into the extras, even though it's not as much as claimed on the boxcover. Once again, the Venus Girls have put out a very nice cocktease release.
