Which pain? You know some people choose to have no sex in life at all, for example priests. I don't think they feel pain all the day.

A lot of priests "choke the bishop" though methinks! (excuse the pun) - that will provide some release. Not that masturbation is allowed either for priests (majority-accepted stance), but it's pretty safe to say that many do on a regular basis.
