I'm in charge of B2B sales - so I work with huge distributors and whole sale businesses around the world. They in turn sell to your local store or ecommerce site. There is a customer service department that helps the individual customers. They're really, really great.
As far as funniest/weirdest, well, we ARE located in Portland, Oregon and I don't know if you know anything about this city, but it would be pretty hard to shock anyone here. the Spartacus store is world famous, we have more strip clubs per capita I believe and they're fully nude w/ alcohol - both straight and LGBT. We have fetish shops galore, fetish shows, Club Sesso - Ron Jeremy's high end swingers club. I remember as a little girl the Ace Club before that....So, to preface my answer - it takes a lot to shock me.
That said. a blog editor asked me the other day if I wanted the product back after review. um, no. that made me laugh for awhile. The weirdest thing...eh. I think people assume because we're in the adult industry we see a lot of salacious stuff - but not really. I can call up anyone from medicaltoys.com to Love Honey and they're extremely professional and kind. but then, again, it would take a lot to shock me.
But you must get a few creeps as in any situ really, i guess Wow it does sound fun tho ! haha yeah i dont think i would like one back after a trial either well i guess it depends who tested it to a certain point however
i might have to visit Portland too by the sounds of it !
