Workout Plan

So i've been trying to think of incentives to work out more, and as a psych minor i decided to use my behavior modification class to help me achieve this goal. So my plan is to make a regimen that would correlate gym time to masturbation time. my current plan is for every minute i work out would be ten second of masturbation time. therefor an hour of work out time would give me 6 minutes of wank time. anyone else try a plan like this? im going to use this forum to track my work starting tomorrow.

I had a boy here on a similar, but more focused regime. We switched it up at times, but it went something like this. Each sit up was worth one up stroke, each push up was worth one down stroke. So he had to do both to earn a shot at a satisfying messy. You may want to do something similar with say, stationary bike minutes and time doing weights.

Also, once he had banked an amount of strokes and decided to try and make a spew, he lost all unused strokes. Let's say he'd earned 300 strokes, but it only took 100 to spill his goo, then the remaining 200 were up in smoke.

Now if weight loss is your goal, you could do the above, but only ruined orgasms until you meet a short term goal.

My gf currently has me doing an army training fitness program. It lasts 16 weeks..

You could reward yourself with 10 seconds stroking for each day completed. As it's one day exercise, one rest that would mean you have to go 11 days in total to earn 1 minutes stroking :)
