I have the ET-312, has the voice and audio functionality. It also has an upgrade available for computer control.
Not sure on the stero stuff, I feel more comfortable with the off the shelf stuff. Own both the Erostek and PES, they are both great.

Wish you all the best with electro - I have extensive experience with it myself and it's a truly amazing way to get stimulated. Unfortunately I can no longer use it as I developed a nerve problem, so while it's a great thing it may also be good to use it with a certain level of caution.
