I've heard the same thing, so nightly wouldn't do a bit of harm as far as I'm concerned. I am over 65 and in great shape for my age. My recent stress test proved to be "A-ok", and the Cardiologist said keep the heart at no more then 145 beats per minute. Sounds like a go to me.
