Google "Free Video Chat Rooms" and I'm sure you'll find what you're looking for if you want to do stuff that others are often willing to pay for.

However, if you're underage and that's why you aren't in charge of your own mail box and finances, I'd beg you not to do it, because you'd be putting every one of your viewers at high criminal risk even if you say you're 19. (There are other reasons too such as concern for you, your sanity, morals, addiction, etc, etc, but I'm assuming I could type my fingers bloody with no effect so I won't waste my time beyond this sentence.)

Well I have NOT tried it/them, but Collarme.com has video chatrooms. I'm not really sure about what happens there, but maybe you can pick up an audience. Maybe?
