I sent off a pic to Miss jay for proof of completion .... below is what I had to do and the detailed report

Yesterday i had some very very long meals !! It could even be a possible health benefit for anyone who has the time to spare at each meal time that is haha. Its quite an exercise for the arm / wrist perhaps for long term use one would have to learn how to use both hands and then swap over unless you wanted to go for a wonky build; one pumped arm and one limp ?! any way i digress

Quick update on round 2 dare plans...

I'm planning to come up with a set of dares and truths (maybe 4 of each) and I'll assign combinations of them to the different competitors.
