hi there, i am just wondering whats the best way about going with anal play. Most of the teases have a bit of anal play involved and Ive been a bit scarred to try them out. well my 2 cents is this. make sure you are cleaned out. i either use an enema or take an anti-diarreah medicine to keep me stopped up and then take a crap to clean out. the second method is a little messy but if you are a little shy in buying enemas at the store its a good option. and after the first few times the dildo or whatever comes out dirty, its all good from there. If you are just beginning, start small. The ass doesnt stretch as easily as a vagina (but will in time). I say get a small dildo or something similar and when you feel like you want more or you cant really get much out of it, move to a larger size. i started experimenting with anal a few years back with just fingers and now i can easily take a fist or a large dildo (its about the size of a beer bottle) after a few minutes of warming up with something smaller. and always remember... lube! lube! lube! the rectum doesnt self moisterize like the vagina and you may have to apply more if you play for longer periods of time. just remember if you start feeling a little dry, add some more lube. When I'm preparing for anything anal I start out with a good shit to avoid, ahem, unpleasantries. I take a tiny bit of soap on my fingers and clean myself, also shaving if I need to get rid of some stubble. Start out by getting yourself lubed up. Personally, I like astroglide, and depending on who you ask, spit can also be comfortable. I start out with just working a finger or two in and out to loosen up, then take a dildo and slide just the head of it in for a bit. After that I don't worry nearly as much about being gentle. The sphincter is naturally a tight muscle, but once you've loosened that up there's little else to worry about.
