That sounds like a lot of fun. I've been looking at this one hoping it would work in a similar fashion. Sounds like an excellent addition for T&D play.

I also have a hollow strap-on, I have had mine for about 4 yrs...It is a very fun toy to have I highly recommend it :)

Miss Jay ordered that for me a couple of weeks ago - it's a pain to actually get on (soak in plenty of warm water to loosen it up), but it's certainly a lot of fun for Miss Jay, and I can feel crap all through it

She likes that it leaves my balls exposed too... $:\'-($

Yeh, surprisingly well! I don't think it'll be as good as the other belt design, but you'd be surprised. It really is a snug fit so it keeps its position pretty well.
