Well, the sourcecode of flash .swf files is not really hidden. I wouldnt even call it "compiled".
There are also tools that allow you to "decompile" swf files. You could use such, to take a look at the source, for helping you to create a tool for creating offline teases.
I wanted to create an offline viewer/downloader for flash teases, but somehow lost the interest ...
