Hi,
when opening Milovana.com on my smartphone (SE M600i, Symbian UIQ3, Opera 8.65), I get the "You don't have JavaScript activated" message - even though I have Java enabled..
.. but this is just a detail, since everything seems to be working fine, I'm reporting it just "for the records"..
But I have another problem which is a bit more annoying - on Win XP SP2 + Opera 9.21, it's impossible to change pages in the Teases frame - clicking on 2, 3, > results just in a "Refereshing list..." message - and one is stuck on page 1 .. :(
thanx.. Reno
Opera for Windows & Symbian UIQ3
Re: Opera for Windows & Symbian UIQ3
Java isn't JavaScript. Just because your phone can run Java applets doesn't mean that the browser on your phone can run JavaScript. So yeah, it's expected that you'll get a non-JavaScript version of the site, which - as you confirm - should work just fine.koala17 wrote:Hi,

Ouch. Yep, just fired up Opera and well, bug is confirmed. I'll look into it. Thanks for reporting!koala17 wrote:But I have another problem which is a bit more annoying - on Win XP SP2 + Opera 9.21, it's impossible to change pages in the Teases frame - clicking on 2, 3, > results just in a "Refereshing list..." message - and one is stuck on page 1 .. :(
EDIT: Should be fixed.

.. sorry, I meant JavaScript, of course.. Opera Mobile (and even Opera Mini) supports JavaScript and it can run these permission scripts, for example - http://www.mybdsm.com/pages/teaseme/permit/index.html .. or JavaScript games, whatever..seraph0x wrote:Java isn't JavaScript. but as I said, don't bother, it's not important..
Yes Sir, it's OK now, thanks for the quick fix..! :)seraph0x wrote:EDIT: Should be fixed.

Oops. Ok, if that's true, then I've got no clue what's going on. Probably there is some sort of incompatibility between jQuery and Opera Mobile, but you'll understand when I say that that has a rather low priority for us to look into right now.koala17 wrote:.. sorry, I meant JavaScript, of course..
