I've been a longtime lurker on this site and figured I would finally join and maybe give something back to it. The only problem is I'm not sure about that law that shut down orgasmdenial.com 's picture and caption gallery and what it actually says and means. I have some pictures that I think could be used to make a great tease but I am not sure if I am allowed to use them or what the law prohibits me from doing.
The pictures have the websites name that they came from pasted onto it but thats about the only way to recognize it. I hope someone can give me some insight as to what I can and can't use/do in teases. Thank you.
Question about copyright
OD.com didn't shut things down because of copyright. The main reason was a non-sensical American law against child pornography with the famous number 2257 that forced quite a few of the less commercial porn sites out of business, because it requires a lot of bureaucracy from site owners which for free pics just isn't feasible.
Generally, most of the pics you find on the web for free are promotional pictures, you find them in so-called TGPs. Fortunately, there are so many of them - we'll have enough for the next couple of centuries.
Yes, some of the time you might catch a copyrighted image and we're working hard to recognize those cases. But we all try our best and I do think we have succeeded in having 99.9% legal images.

Interesting discussion. Raise a concern from me as I recently posted a webtease (naively) containing pictures from two websites which may be copyrighted. I'm no legal beagle - but do not want to compromise any rights to such material and create problems.
Title is Panty Tease 1 and I'm now holding back on adding No. 2 due to my concerns.
The pics were obtained freely (no payment). The websites contain pictures of two gorgeous blondes who provide samples as apparent "amateurs", to promote membership.
As some of the images show the website sources, surely this is assisting them in such promotion, and hence adding to their membership potentially, and is certainly providing no financial gain to any other party.
Can you please advise us ignoramus members here - if this is not acceptable - please delete the tease, and I'll not pursue further development of a follow-up.
Concerned a little - and only wanted to give something back to the website having been a latent lurker previously!
