Hmm, this is a bit tough, since the forum profiles are the way they are. What we could do is just create a separate profile page, build that up and eventually switch over.
However I wanna stress that we are a webtease site - that is our focus. There are a millions of community sites out there so if we create profiles I'd want the focus to be on the webteases. I've learned the hard way that it's a waste of time building something that thousands of other sites are already doing. So what can we do that's unique? How can we use our tease archive to make more interesting profiles?
