I had the same problem.

If you're using NYX flash editor then heres how I do it. Load the .mp3 file into the tease the same way that you would for a picture. You'll then see it when you go into the media tab

Go to the script tab and you can enter this command for the page that you want to have the sound. Be careful not to save from the visual tab as this may overwrite any sound commands you have added.

delay(1min, page9#), sound('no-120.mp3')

This should work ok, the file in this case was named: no-120.mp3

i googled "voice altering software free" and came up with several good alternatives. try this search. if it doesn't get you there let me know and i will give you specific links.

if there are certain phrases you know you want to include, i'd search for sound files, or movie files which have them, then cut the bits you want out with a movie editor/sound editor..
