Yes you can still have an erection and you are still able to shoot your load. The surgery is very easy. The doctor makes 2 little cuts and cuts the 2 spermatic cords. It can be make outpatient without a full body anaesthetization. But I recommend a full body anaesthetization, because I had a surgery at my penis when I was young and to see someone who is cutting in this area damaged my mind for a lot of years. Maybe an adult can handle this better, but I would always prefer a full anaesthetization.

Having had the snip a few years ago (under local and no problems) I must say that the teasing & denial aspects are the same if not better. Basically my balls are full all the time, however one aspect has changed. Before after a lot of teasing and no release I got ball ache.
