you could try the teases with the q-tips tag ( http://www.milovana.com/webteases/showt ... tag=q-tips )
Im not sure if they all involve urethral insertion but I cant think of any other use for q-tip in a tease...
I have no idea of any good rethral insertion teases because Ive never actually tried it, the idea freaks me out too much
