Why don't you agree upon a timespan (a week, a month, 6 months...whatever works for both of you) during which one of you will be the dominate one and the other submissive. At the end of the timeframe, you reverse rolls for an equal time.

from what you have said you wont have much chance of an orgasm then. Maybe play a game of chance with your gf rolling the dice, if she gets its right she has to be dominant over you, if she gets it wrong then you both must remain submissive.

If she is dominant over you then you might get chance to have sex but it is still going to be her choice.
