The worst punishment i have had was from a girl i was living with for a couple of years. She maintained a weekly diary of my mis-demeanours and also daily performance for things like cooking, cleaning and other household chores. i got merits for doing things without being asked that were not on the list of expected daily/weekly chores. i got demerits for not doing them but also for other things that She thought that i had done wrong. I don't think that there's any question that being ignored would be the worst punishment. That has never been an issue for me fortunately - even when Mistress D is mad at me about something, we've always had an understadning that we talk through issues and problems rather than let things go.
