The set-up is playing Solitaire on a computer. Every computer has Solitaire, and I would guess every person knows how to play.
The game would be trying to play Solitaire while being teased. The more you are teased, the harder (no pun intended) it would be to concentrate on winning the game. There are a lot of variations to this. For example, you could have one hand tied and the other on the mouse, the teaser could tease slightly, then increase the teasing, there could be the addition of toys, etc.... If you when, originally I thought the person would cum when the last card was played.
However, maybe there is a variation to this. Like, edge for every ace played, or edge if you win, but no cumming, or edge 10 times if you win, but if you don't then ball spanks for the number of games lost, etc.....

Well when we're in Wales we usually take my Wii to play in case its grotty weather! This is a fun idea! We'd play to a certain number of points or to a certain level depending on the game and whoever got to that point first would get to decide whatever happened for the rest of the night.
Of course, Birdman never won when we played this. If he was ahead I could always be a little sneaky and do things slap his balls while I was sucking him and he would usually die in the game so it was always easy for me to catch up if I fell behind!
We might need to try this again sometime soon!

I'm not sure if I could do them myself because of the angle! Miss Jay kind of sticks her thumb up a little so it rubs over the underside of the head with each stroke.
