Not that I got the car for that reason - she really did need a new car and I like the idea of her having something that I might want to borrow on occasion...
Plus I really want a new set of golf clubs that are kind of pricy, but she can't really complain about that now...
Who are you kidding? If you really wanted new clubs you would just buy them no matter how much they cost! And you need a new car more than new clubs anyway...

I guess I can't complain too much about his rule. I know it is pretty dangerous - and also highly illegal. I've never been good at the "crying to get out of a ticket" thing either. The times I've been pulled over I always get really mad so I usually get bitchy with the policeman... It's not a very effective way to convince them not to give me a ticket.
I bet if I could fake crying and just showed a little cleavage they'd let me go with just a warning...
