I incorporated a few things that I haven't in the past - wearing panties, exhibitionism, peeping tom. And I think she's a hot slightly older woman, with just enough lines in her face to make her feel like she really could be your neighbor.

Very well written. I would say she looks more like she on crack, or someones holding up a sign with the word "boo" on it which has caused her to become scared out of her wits.
