Great idea, I also think adding a way to choose a special modifier for a run would help, especially if we've played it at least once, (I've played it at least 5 times, love this game, haha), like topless nudity from the start, and images from there forward get more sexy as we go...

I agree. It's been mentioned so many times in the feedback that it's probably time to add some choices at the beginning of each run. Including some option to instantly unlock some higher level of nudity. I think I'll call these "Alterations"? Feel free to share some ideas for these.
In regards to replaying the intro over and over again - I can't reproduce the bug you are experiencing. The game should be saving the progress and never show the long intro with images and stroking ever again after you finish it once. Does it happen on PC or mobile? I never tested if the game works on mobiles.
Unrelated news - I have found and hotfixed a rare bug that would sometimes freeze the game after finishing a stage. Sorry if anyone experienced it.
That's a great name for them, she could introduce this new option called Alterations, basically they modify your run, and you can choose any of them and they'll adjust accordingly, for example:
Top nudity
Bottom nudity
Lace & lingerie
Tits
Ass
And if we pick that, it shows images of those things and goes from there, giving us nudity quicker than having to wait till round 15 to get that option, the modifier per round mentioned in the prior comment from the other poster is a great idea, gives the game a bit more urgency in the sense of being rewarded, but making it more difficult for ourselves, letting us see how much we can handle by giving us the choices to choose more "difficult" modifiers, for example:

Masturbation
Orgasm/grool
Dripping pussy

Etc
