Looks like a beast to learn but the results are insane. I’m trying to generate a consistent character set (nothing NSFW, just poses/outfits with different fashion clothes) and was wondering if this setup you mentioned would work for that?
I think consistency comes down to the LORAs and obviously character description. Not sure how true it is but I've read a few times that Z-Image was based on images of the same model so facial features will look alike. I found one LORA to combat that but haven't had much luck with it. With Mia's pics above, I set my "control after generate" on the KSampler to "increment". Not sure if that helps with consistency or not. I would think it would as long as character/clothing description in the prompt doesn't change that much. I'll do some tests with my workflow when I get a chance and try to upload a few with the metadata intact. You should be able to drag and drop an image into Comfy and it will load the workflow if the metadata is there. Unfortunately, I had to resize these images and in doing so, it stripped the metadata.
What you shared above is unbelievably good! I use the same model, but without any LORAs... so I get the very, well, "vanilla" version. Looking forward to seeing your workflow!

Of course, again, it all depends on prompt detail. I used the latest PB gallery description (slightly adjusted) and got the following results with each image taking ~5 seconds generation time.

These pics look good! The way the character all look the same is really nice but that screenshot really shows how much work you gotta put in to make it work. and the best character of the topic i'd say!

What's cool about Comfy is there are premade workflows. All I did was load a few and seen what works and just tinkered from there. Each time I got something good, I saved it as My_workflow. That way I don't lose what I did. What's really cool is that itallows randomization in the prompt as well like perchance does using {option1|option2} format. As with most stuff, it takes time to master and I'm for from it.
Here's some random pics with a growing prompt I've been using in another WIP ZIT workflow. Of course the randomization doesn't produce perfect results every time like the half pants in image 12.

What is this "PB gallery description" you refer to, and how did you come by it?
And where did you get that prompt, or is that the gallery description?
I wouldn't be able to come up with something like that on my own, and honestly would never have thought that would lead to a good image. I really don't understand how this works, but gotta start somewhere.

When Playboy posts a new gallery, it usually has a decent description. Sometimes what I'll do is copy and paste it into the AI generator and see what it gives me and see how close the AI can get the pics to the actual PB muse. Lately, AI has been doing a better job with creating hot females from the PB descriptions than PB has using the real models. Nothing against the models, PB just isn't doing them justice with the photography, lighting, and staging.
