So, it seems Grabka's mega is already dead, but I managed to grab it from another source, and decided to put it on my own mega:

This includes the original 2880p version of the video, the original E-Stim mp3, and since the original stim file only covers the beatmeter parts leaving the "bonus" section at the end completely silent, I've created an alternate version that fills up the ending with some random and hopefully cum inducing stuff I had lying around.
