Most of the good stuff I know is Japanese. Unfortunately not much femdom though, and there's a lot of manga-themed games.

Illusion and Miconisomi are two companies you might want to check out. Oh, and also KISS with their Custom Maid training sim.
All of those are single player and AFAIK exclusive to Japanese market though, so you might need to find... alternative sources. Honey Select recently had an american release I think, but you're still better off getting the original, as with the licensed copy you don't even get the free updates addding clothes and hairstyles.

I guess, the problem is that for more complicated stuff, knowing moonrunes would be recommended, though there are communities dedicated to translating those games.

Then there's Girlvania, it's a lesbian 3D game, pretty nice for some teasing during denial periods :>

The rest of the stuff I know is either buggy as hell or limited to the point where I am bored of it by the third time I launch the game.

Skyrim with mods is better than any dedicated 3D porn game. Most dedicated porn games are just "cheap" and lack content.

If you want only porn scenes, without story or anything, the best games are Honey Select and Maid 3D. (maybe some would say, these games have story, but don't believe them )

For online interaction, probably "Second Life" is the best... but it's not a game.

Also do not believe anyone that says there are good subscription sex games, these games are not good at all, because only men would pay for something like that, so there would be almost 0% real women in there...

Of course there are lots of other porn games... but I only mention the best. It depends on what you are actually searching for.

Personally, I’ve tried out a ton of different 3D porn games and found that a lot of the Japanese ones mentioned here are great visually but sometimes feel a bit tricky to get into because of the language barrier or just complicated mods.

If you’re more interested in different game types and not just pure 3D, you might want to try an html game with sex scenes. I’ve found the variety and flexibility in those to be pretty fun, and there are plenty of interactive stories with good animations out there.
