I kinda think video did its thing. I didn't watch it until now, and I can feel their energy and intent is positive, but they themselves hold some shame around it (at least I perceived some parts of the story half-fake, and more adapted to be a story than actual events).
And using the "satan" and the quotes feels outdated today, I think the message for new generation would be more effective if rephrased to "temptation is key part of human experience" and "the power to overcome the addiction is already in you", as well the part they mentioned about intimacy etc, "the addiction is distraction from the real problem/demon, if you realize what you are running away from, the addiction loses grip over you, because giving it your attention stops to distract you once you know what were you trying to forget". Things like that... I am not saying that video is bad in any way, just that same things can be rephrased for tiktok generation in a way that would be more effective, I think many would not understand it as it is.
