The only advice that I could think of is just to be honest with her. Discuss it with her and let her know that this is what you want. If she agrees maybe just experiment with it a few times untill you are both comfortable in your rolls.

Also, good advice from All2True, pretty much what I was thinking- Be a sub, pleasure her (not just sexually, but as a lifestyle), and be open to what she wants instead of what you want her to do.
