Eng have just passed the 50 run mark and no wickets have fallen

In the average day of test cricket there could be between 0+10 wickets / punishments

and ruffly 350runs / 50 / reward x 6 ish

Not enough punishments I don't think

I'm sorry to hear that you aren't feeling well. Flu isn't much fun - nothing for that but bed rest and fluids.

As a Doctor I would suggest that orgasms would help you to sleep better and they release tension so I might prescribe a daily regimen of them for you! Perhaps one first thing in the morning, one or two at night before bed and as needed during the day. And of course, just to be safe, this should be followed even after recovering from your illness just to make sure that there isn't a relapse!

Perhaps Dan could even be persuaded to help out!

Planning some calisthenics for the boys? I think I'm in pretty good shape - I could probably drop a couple of pounds but I do lift weights and do something aerobic most days... I'm usually able to keep up with my wife - that's definitely not for the faint of heart!

Actually by the standard of the average 45 year old American male, I'm in fantastic shape - but that's not a real high standard unfortunately...

oww wow ok rite it lasts about 6 and a half hours i am going with one other person 3 sessions of about 2 hours mornin 11-1
afternoon 140 till 340 ish
then tea for 20mins then play until about 6630 ish
i will be wearing a big white hat with a st georges cross spary painted on it not sure what else yet !
