One Year Challenge

Hey Milovana community!

I have decided to challenge myself to only have an average of one full orgasm per month this year. If I end up with a few more (or less ), I’ll still be happy with the result.

This thread is dedicated to this "journey". ANYONE is free to participate in this, either by posting tasks/challenges for me, or by doing some of these along with me.

My first full orgasm of 2026 was on the 14 of February, about one month and a half into the challenge. It was an unsatisfying accident. Click the blue text to go to the post where I describe how it happened.

My second orgasm of 2026 was on the 17th of March, over a month since my last one. This time it was intentional and it felt insanely intense.

My third orgasm of 2026 was on the 1st of April… Yes, there is a story behind that. I wouldn’t describe it as quite as intense as my second one, but the effects of it have lasted a lot longer. Leaving me in a very good mood!

My fourth full orgasm of 2026 was on the 10th of May. It was a fairly intense orgasm. Not quite as good as my last two. Although it did make me extremely sensitive.

My fifth full orgasm of 2026 was on the 14th of June. It was intese, like a full orgasm combined with the feeling of headpalming. (But not with the pain of pot, post orgasm torture.)

My sixth full orgasm of 2026 was on the 5th of July. Another intece one, with some post orgasm play.

The rules:

1. As long as there are tasks for me I will do, at most, 1 per day, The task gets to decide if I may have a ruined orgasm that day or not. Defaults to denial. If you are feeling super generous you may even offer me a full orgasm.

2. If I don't have a task for a full day I may choose to have a ruined orgasm during the afternoon the next day. (Example: if I do a task on Monday and don't have a new one before Wednesday afternoon I may have a ruined orgasm.)

3. I, ultimately, retain control of my full orgasms. I don’t have to have one, even if told to, and I may have one, even when no one told me to.

These rules are really just fail safes, to avoid me going months without any sort of orgasm. Rule 3 might seem too lenient, but, remember, I only have 12 for the whole year, so I feel that I need some control here. If anything, knowing that I could have one whenever I want to, but at a future cost, is only going to make this worse for me.

But there are no rules against videos, pmvs, jois, cock hero, audio porn etc. Generally I will assume that the tease is on the short side and will get myself worked up before I start it. If you make a longer one please make sure to say so up front, so that I am prepared for it.

Unfortunately for me… there didn’t seem to be any interest at the time. I was thinking that this thread would probably die here with no reply posts, I’ve seen it before. Ohh well, no great loss, I just kept going on my own… But… Since late 2025 I’ve also been feeling like something's been missing. Doing these long term denial challenges were great and all, but I missed my time with the HMCP community. Specifically I missed being denied, not choosing to be denied for a period, but actively being teased and denied and at the mercy of other people.
