I create an userscript that adds a sidebar with few helpful functions for (old) teases to milovana. You can use it with ViolentMonkey or TamperMonkey and get the Milovana Sidebar (You have to be logged in to see it).
Feedback and Feature requests are welcome.

Session Tracking: Track your sessions: Type of Orgasm, edges, strokes duration. Also automatically tracks edges and strokes between releases. Use export/import to edit your data.
Data Extraction: Tease Viewer: Opens a modal to show all pages (+ simplified content) and connections between pages.
Data Extraction: EOS Navigation: Let's you easily visit and page in an eos tease. Either via the modal above or a dropdown in the sidebar integration
Tools & Utilities
Metronome: with adjustable BPM and stroke counting. Includes audio feedback and target goals (stroke count or time).
Edge Counter: Tracks edges and features a customizable cooldown timer that can automatically pause the metronome upon reaching an edge.
Stopwatch: A simple timer to track session duration, with an option to auto-start on page load.
RNG (Random Number Generator): Generates random numbers within a specified range and maintains a history of recent rolls.
Timers: Create multiple custom countdown timers with labels (Days/Hours/Minutes). The sidebar header highlights when a timer expires.
Notes: A persistent, auto-expanding text area for taking notes during a tease.
Navigation for Non-EOS Teases
Page Tracking: Monitors current page number, total unique pages visited in the session, and revisit counts.
Advanced Navigation:
- Jump to specific pages.
- Generate random page redirects (absolute or relative to current page).
- Auto-Anchors: Automatically converts plain text "page X" references in teases into clickable links.
User Settings
Collapsible Sidebar: A sidebar that can be toggled or set to "Overlay" mode to avoid shifting page content.
Persistence: All settings, counts, timers, and notes are saved to `localStorage`, ensuring data is preserved across page reloads and different teases.
Data Extraction
I also published my Data Extractor that integrates into the sidebar, if both are installed. It shows a summary of the complexity of teases and gives easy access to download the json version and a simplified version of the json download.

I just loaded this and gave it a quick try. Great Job! I have been awkwardly doing various workarounds playing some teases that this will now take care of so much better! ( I had also been using Milovana: Ultimate Hentai Lottery of Denial Helper and Milovana Snakes and Ladders Toolkit which work great for those teases) And seems you thought of and implemented about every possibility imaginable. At first I thought you should have limited it to just show on webteases, but then occurred to me how handy it will be for many of the games too.

Thanks for the feedback, glad someone else finds it useful. Do you mind leaving a rating on GreasyFork? Btw I`m also the developer of the Hentai Denial Lottery Helper, but got tired of updating it for other teases, so I created a global version.
I also released an other extension I was already using, to see if extensions for the sidebar work. It gives you more information about the teases. I think it`s more niche, so I didn`t want to include it in the main extension. I added a description to the first post.

I've had this loaded all this time and recently noticed that when playing a tease it no longer displays the author up in the upper right where it displays the tease title for Regular (non eos/flash) teases. I tested by turning this extension on and off and seems this is the culprit. I don't think it's a new issue - likely I just hadn't noticed when I first installed the extension. Would that be easy to fix? I mean - not a terrible problem but nice to see the author sometimes.

Small update:
I added Session tracking a while ago. You can start a session with a button, and it will track the edges, strokes (metronome) and duration of the session. At the end you can select an end type (denied, ruined, orgasm) and end the session, to store it locally. You don't need to start the session first, but then less data is tracked. The information for the last session will be displayed.
Import an export were just added. I changed the date type from timestamp to iso-string, so it should be easier to read the export. To convert the old data, just export and import the data, and in your next export the dates are readable.
