Electrastim Axis works quite well. Maybe other, with audio input, but a bit cheaper from the same company will work too. Although they don't work with all estims. Most are convertable (triphase->dual channel). But some are not (for example many NumberOneFan productions).

The only box that is better than stereostim for this is foc-stim (which is recommended) but you have to solder few things to build that one. It is simpler to build than stereostim, better, and cheaper but all of that is because it is open-source project that you have to "finalize" after you order prefabricated components.

I've noticed that some creators, Edger for example, create their scripts to work for different range the settings in the preferences. I've not had a chance to run this yet, but would like to be in the correct range as designed by yourself to begin with.

These are the setting I generally use in restim and they are the settings I used to burn the .mp3, but note, I burned the .mp3 as continuous rather than pulse.

alpha = -1 1
beta = -1 1
volume = 0 1
carrier frequency = 400 1200
pulse frequency = 0 200
pulse width = 1 10
pulse rise time = 1 10

I also change the "Adjust Limits" to = Top Rotation [degrees] 250, and I turn on "Mirror". I find that I prefer to have the beat hit at the cock head and I think these setting accomplish that.

I previously built a stereostim unit, following instructions from Milovana - I think the ones from Lolo2.
