I tend to sleep uncaged, because I use flat cages and want to give my clit some Release during night. As for the erections - Well they are Natural and If you Not want to go impotent I wouldn't recommend trying to get rid of them. This being said, the times I was able to 24/7 I kinda worked up to it.
