OK, a few questions here. Mine is a generic one, no brand name, it has 2 rows of teeth and they are quite sharp.

No, it's doesn't slide off, although my old one used to, i found one with a smaller diameter this time.

The sensation is indeed spike, and seriously intensifies as you get hard and the contact improves.
