I've been a fan of Cock Hero since the release of Fail. I have never been able to try the e-stim with the beat meter. I have seen some people make these homemade e-stims ... but I've never been able to get around to making one; because I have no idea what I am doing.
That being said I have a few bucks to spare and the adult shop round the corner has a few. If I am correct they have the little pads you would apply to you skin to get the charge. Can I just pick up one of those, plug it into the headphone jack and go.
Could some help me. If possible please don't send me to a link with a scroll of stuff to read through. My ADD will overwhelm my brain.

No, they probably do not stock anything with unprocessed audio input.
Building a stereostim box is not hard. But if you are absolutely against building anything, check out stimkit tingler or 312B online.

I would *not* get an E-Stim Systems device for your purpose. Probably the most commonly available commercial thing at a sex shop, but for playing anything that relies on a beatmeter such as Cock Hero videos with funscript inputs, just doesn't cut it for that. It's great for it's built-in routines, but for relying on the external input, it's capabilities for accurately producing results you want are very limited.
I suppose maybe the E-Stim Hero power box might be the best bet when it becomes available because I don't know if there are any other StereoStim boxes being made and sold by any reputable sellers right now, there used to be a at least a seller regularly making and selling them on Joanne's Estim Discord, but I think they've stopped.
Tingler is also a StereoStim box, but its safety is questionable to me based on its power supply decision not being a double insulated 2 conductor power supply like it should be, although buying that for $169 and swapping the included power supply for a price of maybe an additional $20 to one that is an agency rated 2 prong double insulated power supply would probably be cheaper than probably any other option for what you are trying to do.
Also there's FOC-Stim coming out with a new version soon where you could get nearly a complete box from a chinese PCB manufacturer nearly fully populated and I think you just need to solder on 4 or 5 components and put it in a case. Perhaps someone in the same country as you would be willing to do the final build steps and ship the result to you.

The 2B is a huge fucking waste of money IMO, as Electro's post says it doesn't process raw audio input correctly so not good for using direct audio input. I agree with everything else Electro says in his post. I did just order a tingler after seeing this post, and then seeing that its cheaper than i remember, so i can report back about how it compares with my DIY box when I get it. But i will be using my own power supply. LOL
If you want something that does process audio into its own waveforms, checkout the DGlabs coyote. I have one, and I used to have a 2B, I find the coyote sensations very comparable to the 2b, but its 89 dollars, not 500. You can get raw audio to it using something like xtoys, but it will be like the 2B in that input is processed to its own waveform before output.
Ill also add that the E-Stim Hero power box wont be available until November (if they don't run into more production delays) and of course older pre-orders will be honored before newer ones.
FOC stim provides a great sensation and truly unique tools for scripters/estim creators. I've made a v1 version, but it has its own issues. V4 looks to be amazing, but they are also running to hardware problems with the existing protoboards that will delay things.

The Stimkits TIngler is a great box for the money. The 2B however is just a paper weight.

I got my tingler yesterday. Its amazing. I only tested isolated mode (dual channel) and only used two electrodes, but i felt details in files that I never felt with my DIY box. Granted I hadn't stimmed in over a month so almost everything felt good. The signal is a bit spikier than my current DIY (built according to this spec) but I actually prefer that feeling. some might says its harsher or less smooth. My DIY box has extra filters on it, which does make it smoother, but it also loses detail particularly in the higher frequency ranges.
There are a few luxuries that are missing from the tingler, such as an LED to indicate the unit is on, and turning it on or off (or indeed even touching the power button too roughly) while electrodes are connected will send a nasty shock to the electrodes. this is a problem endemic to the analog transformer design of most stereostim devices, my DIY box solves this by adding power cut off switches to each channel.
I think for estim newbies the tingler is where I'd recommend starting from now on. 169 dollars for this is a great value (I have spent over 200 on various DIY boxes), and allows anyone to experience the full sensations that classic audio based electro stimulation can offer.
