I tested this and I now know why I've described the feeling I get from restim as an "on-off" feeling. It's literally that.froog wrote: Sat Aug 23, 2025 6:33 pm You can click on the diagram to change the power, you don't only need to use the up and down arrows.
But yes I think the idea is to even out the sensation. So you may find that redirecting the power from a high area to another area reduces it, so you might need to then increase the power overall.
When I turn it on and set it to circle to test, the green dot moves around the edges of the circle, from Neutral to L+ and to R+ until it returns to Neutral.
The only time I feel something is when the dot approaches Neutral. I feel the strongest current at Neutral and after that, the feeling gets softer and disapears at L+.
I turnd the Calibrations "Neutral power", "Right power" and "Censter Power" up and down but I was not able to feel something at L+, R+ or between.
The only time I feel the estim is when the green dot is around the top of the circle at Neutral.
I have no idea what that means, can somebody please help me figure out why I don't feel anything at the other two?
Edit: I've now tried out what happens if I unplug the device and just listen to the audio turning my left and right speaker on and off:
- The audio only comes out of the left speaker, when the green dot is at the L+
- The audio only comes out of the right speaker, when the green dot is at the R+
- The audio comes out of both speakers when the green dot is at Neutral
So it looks to me like this is working as intended. Why do I only feel the estim current at neutral and basically feel nothing, when the green dot is at the bottom of the circle between L+ and R+?
