At least I'm not aware of some e-stim file created for this but there's funscript available here:

You could use e.g. Restim application to play that funscript as e-stim audio. First using the Restim Tool funscript convert 1d->2d and then using the created two script files in "Sync media" section to play the audio in sync with the video.
