[App] Turn Any Video into a CockHero

Hello, I have an idea for a simple app that could be great, I know a bit about programming, so doing it myself is probably the last option, I think I could, but it would be so much better if you pros could. I have it all in my head, I can give all the info with more detail than here, since it takes some time

Super simple
The menu would be:

1 Load Video
2 Load Music
3 Pre-set Beatmeter
4 Load saved Beatmeter file
5 Play

1.1 Well you search and load the file
2.1 Same
3.1 Build it. Here you have boxes with: time (00:00 - 2:45) and rythm (v-v---vvv)
3.2 Improvise it: Here you can define oh well, from min X to Y I want random beats from the pool named as easy, from Y to Z medium...
4.1 Well, you can save the presets
5.1 It plays.


I KNOW it can be done in a hard way, BUT if I tell you "hey you have to do just parts 1, 3, and 5. Basically to get a video player, and add it a beatmeter animation from a pool of 10-15 beat examples, such as 1-2, 1-2--123..." That has to be easy as fuckk! And it lets you make a Cock Hero of ANY video.

Then things like "an option so the program looks at the music and creates a beatmeter based on its percussion" are for a future, since I think something like that is 10 times harder than the basic thing I explained just above.
Or things like "A super simple local AI with basic banks of words that can create original phrases based on instructions without needing internet connection, so it can insert captions in the video", nice but not necessary.

A programmer I know said it would take a day or 2 at most but he is not into this kind of things... What do you think?

This does not make sense to me. A CH needs well designed beats matching the music and the video preferably has to be cut to match the music as well. If you have a porn music video and the timestamps for the beats, there are already tools to turn this into a CH. You could use beatmeter generator to generate the beatmeter animation (it can import beat timestamps) and then just use any video editor to put it together. Combining this into one program is a lot of work with almost no benefit.
What would be interesting would be to have some AI generate matching beat patterns for a porn music video. But that would be a lot of work, you probably would need some pretrained music/rhythm model and then need to tune it to generate patterns appropriate for stroking. And there is not a lot of training data, there's only a couple of 100 CHs out there. It would be an interesting experiment for someone experienced in AI music generation, but it would be a serious hobby project.
