Looking for videos with short stroking times

Hey, I'm just wondering if anyone here knows of any videos where you're only allowed to stroke for short periods at a time.
I'm mainly thinking of a red light/green light but with longer reds and shorter greens than normal, but other kinds of "instructional" videos with the same idea are welcome as well.

I had a look through my notes and the one that mostly fits that was Emotion 1 which appears to be still available here: https://mega.nz/folder/IkhVhQJT#38KdKQDNY23799HhBhz1Ag/folder/0sBTkbhD. I Love RLGL vidoes, but Don't like ones where you have too much stop time, and specifically noted that issue for this video.

One other in my list that I noted had too much hands off time (like way too much) was Red Light Green Light - Uma Jolie by RedLighter, but it also had several other issues, and I don't really recommend it, but maybe it works for you.
