Hi, thanks for sharing your preferences. When I did the E-Stim index, I decided against putting some configuration as "recommended" because this is highly individual and also depends on the toys someone is using. So there is not "this is the best" setup for any given video + estim combination.

Even less so if you think about the possibilities Restim provides.

However, if someone has convincing arguments to still include configurations in the index, I would add them.

What does "CONFIGURATION COMMON ON ANAL PLUG LEFT - RIGHT" mean for example.

My E-stim does not have COMMON or LEFT or RIGHT, just A and B.

And isn't there a thing like triphase too ?

try a config, see if your A is my Right or left, then just keep it in mind!

I agree its Highly personnal, depends on the device, the trodes etc.
I think the "general idea" of where to put the trodes when you first play a vid is what I was aiming for here.
The perfect way is when the video has a specific calibration. for example when it says : you should feel this here now.

but nothing is perfect! I think if you corrolate my placements with yours, you should have 95% the same placement as mine. at least I hope so! let me know if it varies alot.

I'm certain you know where those channels are being wired to, but literally nobody else will. Perhaps you have positions those channels are being connected to in your head, but we have no idea. ..so it seems you've given the idea of where you are placing your common for some of these, but the rest of the information is completely missing.

mmm I guess I wasnt specific enough, here is a breakdown
when common is anal plug, 1 electrode on tip, one electrode below balls
when common is below balls, 1 electrode on tip one electrode anal plug
when common is tip, one electrode below balls, one electrode anal plug
dual is pretty self explanatory

as mentionned above, left-right doesnt mean anything, neither does red-black.
I use left-right, because the signals are seperated that way on the device (right speaker, left speaker, since its an amplificator)
if you want to make sense of my list, you need to figure one tease you know where to put the electrodes, check my list, and you will see what channel is your "left".
I made 2 list for each configuration, you will only need to swap the 2 wires going into your device.
example: the laboratory
its a triphase config, common on balls. I have it on L-R
meaning if you feel the prostate at around 9 mins, you have the wires correctly.
now you know that all the other tease in the L-R category have the same setup, and all the tease in the R-L category you only need to invert the wires for them to work.

in my understanding, the 2B does not really allow for a Triphase effect.
the Right-Left are your A and B channel.
you could try to do a common by plugging both black or both red wires (going to your electrodes) on the same electrode. that would be a "common" electrode, but then again, from what I have read, the 2B isolates the channel, so I am not dure it would work.
