I will correct my files. Perhaps I make two torrents so that one has all three audio tracks corrected (one mixed with the video) and a separate torrent that only has the e-stim file corrected for faster downloads if the video audio is not seen as that important.

Then make a video of yourself speaking out the text you want your picture to say and twist your face or e.g. wink your eye (whatever you like). The app takes in the photo you want to use and the video you made of yourself and then makes the photo to repeat your face movements. The only problem is then that you need to find another AI app to change your own recorded voice to something else and mix that into the video if you don't want the generated video to use your voice.

Because I replaced the video's mono track with the orignal stereo tracks of the clips used in the video.

The way I think is easiest to sync the AI video is to make the AI tech to speech audio first, put the text on a display so you can read it and practice lip syncing the text to the AI text to speech audio and then once it seems you've got it right, record that. Easy/cheat mode might be to play the audio at half speed and record it and then adjust the video speed to 2x.

The breaks didn't quite match up with the audio, I tried adding a 5 sec delay once I was part way through but still didn't match up.

Tested it.

The file is good and works well on diy setups. it does what it is supposed to do and the variation is to my liking.

The concept is good, really good. Of course, a better AI voice would be better (you can train them using voicelines of the actress) and the lip sync is not perfect... but as a proof of concept? Awesome.

The selection of scenes is nice, but a bit monotonous. For a bdsm setting, a bit variation between teasing/milking/punishment clips would be great.

Please continue with the project and do more of that.

Yes, there seems to be an offset between the video and the mp3. I also tried to adjust it some time in and figured an offset between 10 and 12 seconds lines the files up quite nicely. I think I delayed the video, so the audio file was playing ahead.

But overall this video and the stim file are very good. I really like the concept.

What player are you using for the MP3 part?

The original mp3 has been encoded with variable bit rate - change it to constant bit rate and try to sync it again. Constant bit rate mp3 keeps time much better than VBR, especially when jumping around to try to sync.
