I know this poll isn't super large scale, or representative of the general population that watches CH videos, but the disparity here is intriguing to me. You basically answered your question but haven't realized it: The ending has to make sense thematically and in terms of narrative with the rest of the video, instead of focusing on some fetish that the editor has or the editor thinks the audience has. Your poll then is irrelevant. An appropriate ending depends on what precedes it.
