I tried both and although it is amazing as an MP3, it is considerably better in Restim due to the fact that calibration seems to be somewhat of a personal choice. What would you want to generate? To play the experience with restim, just copy the zip file into same folder where video is, and when you select your player under "Sync Media" in restim, and play the video in that player, restim will load the zip file with same name as the video file and if you press start in restim it will play the estim to your configured sound card in sync with video.
I think any other questions about restim might be already answered in restim thread.
