Time to start a new game! I wanted to create something reasonably quick and simple to play, allowing anyone to drop in or out at any time while allowing for play with various kinks and optionally more detail.
Everything below is the standard way to play, but ultimately make the game work for you. If you feel you need to change something for your rounds go for it! I’m also open to suggestions for different game modes and how to make the game work better for female players. I will add to what’s here as I get good ideas.
Game Quick Reference

To play the game, you have to issue a challenge! You can challenge a specific pornstar or a more general group like ‘sexy blonde women’ or ‘girls from StasyQ.’ Along with your challenge include a Wager, which will be your punishment if you fail.
The next player will post a video to match your challenge before issuing their own. Play the challenge by stroking/rubbing yourself according to a certain beat. If you finish the video without cumming, you win the challenge. If you lose control you need to ruin it and you have to fulfill your Wager.
In short – post a video for the last challenge issued before you, then you can post your own challenge.
Let’s show a full example of how this should work. I’ll explain details after:

What a Post Needs

This gives an easy to see and search tag when you post a video for the previous player. The video link can follow right after.
I hereby challenge:
Make it obvious who you want to challenge! Hereby should also be easy to search for the most recent challenge issued.
Wager:
What punishment you will have if you fail the challenge.
Mode:
The type of game you want to play.
Content:
This lists the type of content you want to see for the challenge. This can be SoloF, SoloM, Softcore, Lesbian, Gay, Hardcore, Kink(s), Trans...etcetera. “Anything” or “Anything except ____” works too, just make it clear what you are open to watching.
In general, don’t post links with extreme kinks unless you know the person is into it.
Duration:
List here if you want to allow for videos longer than the normal 12-20 minute range.

Are you open to playing an advanced game? (see section on this)
VPs:
How many Victory Points you currently have.
Posting Videos
When posting a video for a player’s challenge it should primarily feature the person/group they challenged. Normally, use videos with between about 12 and 20 minutes of content to play with. Of course you can leave time signatures to part of a longer video.
Playing a Challenge
You just received a video link to play your challenge, how to play?
First, open the Official Challenge Pacer. (Okay it’s a metronome, but pacer is easier to type.)
Second – set the Pacer’s settings as follows (G = green, R = red, Y = yellow):
Stop: G
30: G
60: Y
90: R
120: R
180: R
240: Y
Edge: G
5-15s: G
All other buttons off (no colour).
Hit start and the Pacer will start ticking away, randomly changing the beat and sometimes either giving you a break or demanding an edge. You can put it in the background or a minimized browser and the audio will still play.
To play your challenge, open the video and watch it while stroking/rubbing to the beat of the Pacer. When told to stop, hands off until the next beat. When told to edge, try to edge before the next beat! If you reach the edge while following a beat, hands off until the beat changes, then keep going. Stay as close to the beat as you can, but if you miss some beats (or edges) here or there it’s no big deal. Survive to the end without losing control and cumming, and you win the challenge!
If you win the challenge you gain one Victory Point (VP).
If you lose control, you must ruin your orgasm! You lose 1 VP and must do whatever your Wager was.
You also fail your challenge with the same consequences if you cannot keep up with the beat or give up before the video ends.
Wagers
Did you notice the example post’s Wager was an extra round in ballbusting mode? We’ll see that mode later, but this is a good example of how Wagers can work.
In the simplest case, your Wager is something you can do on your own (e.g. I will deny myself for 3 days). If that’s the case, when you fail a match all you need to do is follow through and do the task. But interactive Wagers where the person/group you challenged gets to torment you even more are highly encouraged!
In the example, the Wager was Mia getting to play a ballbusting round. So, when PlayerB fails their challenge they post to report their failure and ask for someone to post a round for the Wager.
PlayerC sees this, finds a really intense Mia video and posts it for PlayerB’s punishment. As a reward for doing the extra work to respond to a Wager, PlayerC gains 1 VP. PlayerB plays the punishment round, which does not award any VP even if PlayerB wins. I will let you decide for yourselves what happens if you fail a punishment.
Victory Points and Orgasms
You gain 1 VP for every challenge completed. You gain 1 VP for any Wagers you fulfill as above. You lose 1 VP every time you fail a challenge (to a minimum of 0).
When posting a video for a challenge, you may add 1 or 2 bonus VPs if the challenge is more difficult than usual. Use your judgment based on how hard the challenge video is compared to the normal up to 20 min duration.
You can spend 10 VPs to request an orgasm! Do this by taking a turn to post a Challenge as normal, except instead of “I hereby challenge” use “I request permission to cum from.” Also reduce your VP count by 10.
When posting a video for an orgasm request, try to find something with a clear orgasm trigger near the end (e.g. cumshot in video). It’s not required, but a nice touch. Just be sure to tell the player what that trigger is so they know when they might get their orgasm.
When playing the challenge and you get to the orgasm trigger or end of the video, roll a die and:
1 – Denied! At least you get 5 VP back.
2 – Denied, but you get 8 VPs back.
3 – Ruin it! Now clean up that mess. Get 5 VP back.
4 – Ruin it! Gain 7 VP back.
5 – CUM!

Modes
Finally, time to talk about game modes! Everything so far has assumed a normal game with stroking/rubbing and edging as the focus. Modes are how you can play with different kinks that may not appeal to everyone.
To play with these, just post for a game of this mode. Each will have it’s own basic setup with the Pacer and ways to fail. If you are posting a video for a different mode, it works the same as a normal game so you don’t need to worry about extra details.
Suggestions for other modes to add to the list are definitely welcome.

Advanced Option
What is this Advanced bit about?
If you say Yes to an advanced game, you are telling other players they can be more creative with the task they send you. They can add extra rules to follow, use teases other than just a video, or whatever else they come up with and want to send your way. I’ll add some tools people can use below, but really this can take any form the posting player wants.
Of course a request for orgasm round can also be Advanced, and the posting player may do whatever they want with the orgasm chances/instructions.
When posting yes to Advanced, it may be a good idea to give some idea what tasks you are into or note any relevant limits.
Important:
Marking Advanced with a Yes does not require the next player to send you an advanced task. They may stick to the usual rules and send you a single video link for your challenge. Yes to Advanced means you are open to something spicier, but isn’t a guarantee to get it.
